Bulk Ordering
Our Lab Kits are manufactured on a made-to-order basis. If we do not have inventory in stock to immediately fulfill your course size, we will provide a projected lead time for your requested order quantity.
Custom Lab Kits
If our current selection of Lab Kits does not align with your vision, we can modify an existing kit or design an entirely new kit from scratch. Our process is very customizable!
Manufacturing Services
3D Printing
Currently, we only offer PLA for batch printing. Please attach your 3D Model file (.step, .f3d, .stl, .3mf) in the file upload section of the manufacturing services inquiry form.
CNC/Waterjet Machining
Our CNC and Waterjet Machining services are very limited in complexity. Please zip together and attach your 3D Model file (.f3d, .step) and a part drawing (.pdf) in the file upload section of the manufacturing services inquiry form.
PCB Routing
BTBE does not manufacture PCB’s in house, nor do we perform PCBA. BTBE routes purchases from external providers on behalf of US organizations affected by recent legislature regarding foreign imports. Please zip together your Gerber file (.gerber) with your Pick-and-Place file (.csv) and Bill of Materials file (.csv) (if applicable for PCBA) and include in the file upload section of the manufacturing services inquiry form.
